Teambuilding concepts at Today is Amazing

OBJECTIVE As a partner at event production agency Today is Amazing, I led the design and execution of immersive, game-based teambuilding experiences for corporate clients across industries.

Our goal was to create dynamic environments where collaboration, creativity, and engagement flourished—while ensuring every detail, from the attendee journey to the game mechanics, aligned with the client’s culture and event objectives. APPROACH

We began by identifying the core values and challenges each client wanted to address—be it improving communication, leadership development, or simply boosting team morale. From there, I crafted game concepts that blended storytelling with interactive problem-solving, ensuring relevance and resonance for the participants.

Each event was structured around a carefully choreographed attendee journey. From initial arrival moments to breakout sessions and final plenary celebrations, I worked closely with production teams to manage the flow and energy of the day. I also developed branded templates so that each game experience was uniquely tailored, yet scalable for future use.

My role extended into overseeing the logistical and creative execution on event day—working live with facilitators, AV teams, and client stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery. DELIVERY
