OBJECTIVE For a beautiful hospitality venue at the new Heathrow Terminal 2 we were engaged to develop a brand campaign and move the business forward into their second year generating more brand awareness and a higher footfall into the venue. SOLUTION I was responsible for positioning the brand strategy of the first anniversary campaign and developed the pitch and experiential pieces of the integrated campaign. From customer journey to influencer engagement and a 3-tier loyalty program, including a new website, social media and in‑venue brand strategy.
